      • Redemption Instructions: After booking your transfer, simply follow these 3 easy steps: 1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation email 2. Take all vouchers with you. 3. Follow the instructions on your voucher, you must exchange one voucher per booking. Note: 1. You must call the Gateway Tours UK if you miss your flight or change your itinerary; the phone number will appear on your printed voucher. Please do so immediately so that we can reschedule the time of your pick-up. 2. If your flight and hotel details are missing you will receive an email from Gateway Tours UK requesting these details. It is essential that you complete the missing information. Upon arrival at the Airport please go to the meeting point (Costa Coffee) in the arrivals hall to meet your driver, who will be holding a sign with the Gateway Tours UK logo on it. You must call Gateway Tours UK if you cannot locate your driver at the meeting point. This voucher is valid for redemption only by the person(s) named above. It is not transferable, has no cash value, and may be redeemed only once. It may not be redeemed outside the valid dates shown above. Change and cancellation policies vary by Activity or Service.
